探索所构建仿生防污涂层的防污性能的研究方法

采用直接混入或壳聚糖微球化包埋后混入两种方式与FPA-SPU涂料混合,成功构建了4种防污剂释放型涂层,研究了4组防污剂释放型涂层的理化性能及控释性能。利用载有酶类制剂的介孔材料与FPA-SPU树脂复合,成功构建了4反应釜酶类负载型防污涂层,研究其理化性能。以FPA-SPU为基材,通过添加不同种类不同粘度的硅油,成功制备了7种不同类型的硅油渗出型防污涂层和1种自抛光性涂层材料,探索了不同硅油在涂层内部形成的贮油囊的大小、分散度、形状及渗出缓释效果。

Bydirectly mixing or chitosan microsphere embedding in two ways with FPA-SPUhybrid coatings mixing successfully constructed four antifouling agent releasecoating type, four groups antifouling agent release on the physicochemicalproperties of coating type and controlled release properties was studied. Bycarrying enzyme preparation of mesoporous material hole and FPA-SPU resincomposite was successfully constructed, and 4 kinds of enzyme load typeantifouling coating to study its physicochemical properties. To FPA-SPU base,by adding different kinds of different viscosity silicone oil, weresuccessfully prepared seven different types of silicone oil exudativeantifouling coating and a self polishing coating material, explore thedifferent silicone oil formation in the coating of oil storage bursa size,dispersion degree, shape and seeping the sustained release effect.

利用微生物实验与挂板实验相结合,探讨了所构建的520种仿生防污涂层的防污性能。通过羽状舟形藻、藤壶腺介幼虫的培养,附着及脱附实验,测试不同类型不同参数反应釜制备的防污涂层对微生物附着的抑制率。组间对比可知:利用低分子量甲基硅油或苯基硅油与FPA-SPU基材构建的仿渗型防污涂层的防硅藻附着性能最佳,其次是溶菌酶负载组、辣根过氧化物酶组及微结构型防污涂层。硅藻脱附实验显示:最利于硅藻脱附的为利用低分子量甲基硅油与FPA-SPU基材构建的仿渗型防污涂层、碱性蛋白酶负载组及1种微结构型防污涂层(SiO2-3)

Theanti fouling properties of 20 kinds of 5 kinds of bionic anti fouling coatingswere discussed by the combination of microbial experiment and hanging plateexperiment. Through training the n.pinna, Fuji Suke larvae, attachment anddesorption experiment and test prepared by different types and differentparameters of antifouling coating inhibition of microbial attachment rate.Comparison between the two groups showed that: imitation is built based on thelow molecular weight of methyl silicone oil or phenyl silicone oil and FPA-SPUsubstrate permeability type antifouling coating anti diatom adhesionperformance was the best, followed by lysozyme load group, horseradishperoxidase (HRP) group and micro structure type antifouling coating. Diatom dedesorption experiments showed that most favor diatoms desorption for the use oflow molecular weight silicone fluid and FPA-SPU substrate construct imitationinfiltration type antifouling coatings, alkaline protease load group and amicro structure type antifouling coating (SiO2-3 group). The

藤壶幼虫附着实验结果证实:3种苯基硅油渗出型、2BIT释放型防污涂层的性能最佳,其次是1种低分子量硅油渗出型(201-100)、溶菌酶组和Cap-CSM组。实海挂板结果表明,在渗出型涂层中,添加苯基硅油、羟基硅油比甲基硅油更为有效,更有利于抑制污损生物的附着。在同一类硅油之间,粘度对污损生物相对附着率影响较大。在微结构型、防污剂释放型、酶类负载型及低表面能型412种涂层中,防污剂释放型防污性能最佳,其次是酶类负载型与微结构型防污涂层。但与一般的氟碳树脂和聚二甲基硅氧烷树脂相比,20种仿生防污涂层均具有较好的微生物防污性能。

Barnaclelarvae attachment experiment results confirm that release 3 phenyl silicone oilexudative, two bit type antifouling coating performance was the best, followedby a low molecular weight silicone exudative (201-100 group), lysozyme groupand Cap-CSM group. Inthe same class of silicone oil viscosity on the fouling adhesion influences therate of relative. In micro structure type, antifouling agent release, enzymeload and low surface energy 4 12 kinds of coating, anti fouling agent releasetype antifouling performance was the best, followed by enzyme load type andmicro structure type antifouling coating. However, compared with the generalfluorocarbon resin and poly two methyl silicone resin, 20 kinds of bionic antifouling coatings have good performance of microbial fouling.
